1. Overview

At Tailstalk, we strive for your absolute satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we provide a straightforward Returns & Exchanges process with conditions as below.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Items that are perishable, opened, or used (especially food or consumables) are non-returnable.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Log in to your account, go to Orders, select the order and item you wish to return or exchange.

  • Alternatively, contact our support via email / WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged).


5. Exchanges

  • If you want a different size, color, or variant, you can request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

  • Customer may need to pay for return shipping (unless the issue is ours).


6. Damaged / Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos of the received product and packaging.

  • We will arrange for the correct replacement or full refund (including shipping).


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Standard returns (due to change of mind or size issues) are at the customer’s cost.

  • If the return or exchange is because of our error (damaged or wrong product), we cover shipping.


8. Non-Refundable Items / Exceptions

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products or digital goods

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” (if applicable)

  • Items showing signs of excessive wear or damage not due to our error

  • Tailstalk reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time; changes will be effective as soon as they are posted on the website.
