At Tailstalk, we strive for your absolute satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we provide a straightforward Returns & Exchanges process with conditions as below.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Items that are perishable, opened, or used (especially food or consumables) are non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Log in to your account, go to Orders, select the order and item you wish to return or exchange.

Alternatively, contact our support via email / WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged).
5. Exchanges

If you want a different size, color, or variant, you can request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

Customer may need to pay for return shipping (unless the issue is ours).

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos of the received product and packaging.
